The Carousel Boutique [Open]

Rarity stood in the simulation of The Carousel Boutique, recalling the colours and atmosphere of the place. A hologram of Opalescence was sitting on the table, swishing its tail and looking at Rarity.

"Do you think this gem would do, Opalescence?" She levitated a red gem and the cat blinked. "Or this one?" Rarity asked, levitating a blue one. The feline mewed and stretched.

The unicorn smiled and continued to play-work with the pony outfit she was currently pre-occupied with.

Mindy wrinkled her nose. She didn't know how she felt about being called "little one," like she was some kind of little hapless child. Of course, she had to remind herself she HAD to keep that appearance up, so Hit Girl was on the clear, so she bit back her tongue.

"Mindy, Mindy Macready. Um, not that I care for all this frou frou dressy stuff, not really my thing, but let's say it was, for sake of argument. What do you got for me?"

"Nice to meet you, Mindy!" Rarity scrutinized the girl up and down. "Don't like frou frou? That's alright, two of my friends aren't into those as well."

The unicorn levitated a sketch pad and pencil. "I'm afraid most of my designs for humans are at Stormwind Clothiers, this simulation only has pony drawings. What do you like to wear?"

Good question. Mindy hadn't really worn much else than her Hit Girl outfit, and when she was out as her "normal" self, it was that stupid suit that Stacy made the, all wear save for the outfits that Sasami had gotten her that day. Mostly, she couldn't be bothered

"Something casual, sort of light and breezy," Mindy finally said. "I don't usually choose my own clothes since coming here. What did you have in mind?"

"I was thinking of a summer dress (http://www.miraclebabyblog.com/images/girls-silk-habotai.bmp) , do you think you're okay with that?" Rarity said as an image of the dress was sketched rapidly on the paper.

She took a long look at it: actually, this was the kind of thing she bet dad would have loved to see her in. She didn't chose stuff like this too often, and it did show off her scrapes of the past, but it was pretty.

"Yeah, I guess this is pretty good," she said. "Uh, do you do hair too?"
