He nodded. "It's fairly obvious she isn't well; I spoke to her during her time in the brig and got the distinct impression that she was talking to people who weren't actually in the room. It just bothers me that she was simply confined to the brig until she was suddenly released like that. She should have been arrested, charged, and tried in a timely manner -- released into the custody of a doctor, if that was what was decided. And I didn't get the impression from that Council meeting that her acquaintances' concerns were really heard."

In fact, one or two of them had been openly mocked.
