Howard overhears one of the security guards in the stairwell yelling at someone else that if the security breach isn't neutralized in another few minutes, the real enforcements are going to come in. Another one yells that they've already got a blockade up front for the intruders so why should the government hotshots get involved, rarara not paid enough for this job, something about wanting a pension, whatever. It's hard to hear over all the footfalls.
