"Killing people for doing their job won't make us look any better." She shifted on her toes. "Smart or not, Nightwing gave you an order, Guy. For his plan to work you can't just kill people. It's not like he's forbidden you from putting a beam between the eyes of any of the Council." She nodded, keeping an eye on the surroundings and chewing on her lower lip in an unconsciously childish gesture.
