Meat n' Greet
The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home.
Several people are set up near the doors to provide the new people with omnicoms and comm rings. New crew-mates might see a tall man in green armor and snake girl among their number. There are also several authoritative-looking figures ready to introduce themselves.
There's a lot to tell the new people. It's going to be a lot to take in.
[ooc: Only new characters and Command Staff can start new threads for introductions, to limit the number of threads. Everyone else, just tag in and have your guys greet the newbies.]

Either way, Shoutarou blinks several times, looking at the others, but his mind is a hundred miles away. He looks down at his clenched fist, which slowly unfolds into a shaking hand. It goes up to his head, and he sinks to the floor. Philip was right - he was always right - why should he act like this? Philip was just doing what was needed to help people - being a Kamen Rider.
"...what am I doing..." he mumbles to himself, voice shaky.

She gave Philip a nod and bowed her head in regret, moving a hand up to wipe at her eyes.
"Sorry," was all that she could say after that.

"You're still my number one partner, aibou." At that, he added, "Hoshi's a good friend, but she's not you, which is more than I can say. C'mon."

Of course, now that his head was clear... "There's still one thing that needs to be done, though--" He returns Philip's pounce from earlier. "No fair getting me while I was confused!"

She chuckled and shook her head, a grin on her face. "Well, when you two are done making up, I have some ice here for the punches and all that. Want me to make some tea or something, too?"

"Tea would be fine!" he added quickly, moving to drag his friend down.

Hoshi turned on her heel and fetched the kettle, filling it with water. She then placed it on the stove, turning the burner on to boil it.
"I'd hope so! Now, do I make green tea or, oh... what do you two have in here..." she muttered to herself, placing her hands on her hips while she was looking for a type of tea to make.
"Want some snacks, too? You'd have to be hungry, Shoutarou."

When it was done, she placed them on the table that was in the agency, as well as poured three cups of tea. "Come and get it!"
