"Coarse it's pretty open membership...we don't even really have like a list of who's there. We just leave the building open and if people want to help one another they do." He shrugged "Anyway the Outsiders are just a small part of the ship, we've got the techies who build stuff, farmers who keep our plants and animals alive, fighters, doctors, time travelers, pilots, giant robots!
