Daniel sniffled noisily, a nasal "a'mb sohrry" buried somewhere in between. He would have looked incredibly apologetic if he didn't already look like he'd rattled himself on the spot. Stars swam across his vision before vanishing. Wow. Some sneeze. He felt like he nearly blew some of his brains out with the force. He blinked against watering eyes.

He wished it was as easy as a finger under the nose. A finger under the nose didn't stop the pollen though, not even close. Now a gas mask or something on the other hand, now that was might actually do something. Or better yet, his antihistamines. Or while he was at it, just not having these allergies in the first place.

Put it this way, if wishes were money, he might actually have a decent car. One that didn't feel like it was going to stall every time he went up to the SGC.

It felt like he had the sniffles under control. Daniel looked down at the Oryan tugging at a belt loop. It seemed to bore her after a moment, because she started playing the adjustment strap on his duffel bag. He returned his attention to the Doctor. "Sorry. I didn't mean to..." he gestured towards his face. He noticed the mess across his glasses then.

Great, he'd also gotten sneeze and now ocean water on his glasses. Exasperated, Daniel removed his glasses, pulling at a section of his BDU to clean them off. The reaction that followed was both immediate and startling. The move sent the children scattering, some of them with cries of fear, some with surprise. The archaeologist suddenly found himself with a ten foot radius that was free of Oryans. A few had remained, hiding behind the Doctor's legs.
