He merely nods at her thanks and continues to sort through the datapads, with occasional agreeable or disagreeable murmurs.
"Mei Ling. I see--Random, shut up."
That last part doesn't seem to be directed at Mei Ling, or really anywhere in particular; he seems to be talking to himself.
