"Artifact cards are rarer than normal pactio cards," explained Negi. "Often than not, they are powerful devices best suited to the person. While it isn't a failsafe, it does considerably boost someone's capability to fight, sneak around, gather information and overall bring out skills they have already to further potential. The further you use it, the more you can learn about it."
