Zuko and I need to talk to him about what to do with Azula, too, and keeping her imprisoned like she was back home. We might not be able to do anything about Stacy, but he and the Council should know. As for Azula, they need to be warned about how dangerous she really is, that it goes even deeper than what she did today, so they figure out the best course of action to take."
