"Salvage," Howard says, rubbing his hands together. They're covered in dust and stain from rooting through abandoned materials and metal. "I've been going through all the abandoned buildings out that way and sorting through what people can use or not. Actually, I found a few buildings that must've belonged to revolutionaries or something in some world, full of hidden compartments and a hell of a lot of guns, if you want to peruse through at some point."

He narrows his eyes at Ter. "Who's saying we trust this Kennedy guy? And even if we did, what happens if he goes crazy or has a hidden agenda or what? You don't believe in checks and balances?"
