You bet he bounced on them. They were so bouncy it was almost dangerous: if he leaned too far to one side, he could bounce right off and end up smack on the floor. The Doctor wiggled his hips, adjusting his weight just...so...Perfect! These seats not only could bounce, but if he wiggled, he could actually start to sink in the chair. The Doctor shifted his weight around until he was comfortable, one leg hooked over his knee as he relaxed back. Really, why didn't he have one of these in the TARDIS? Big bouncy chair of ship fat. Seemed like a bit of an essential.
"Magic? Could be, depends on your definition of magic and your point of view," the Doctor spread his hands, still talking with them. Well, just shy of flailing with them. Bouncy chair aside, he didn't seem to want to sit still. "What fire? You saw a fire?"
The Doctor sat up straight. It was considerably more difficult getting up then it was bouncing down, the fat shifting under him and the seat determined to make sure he was comfortable whether he wanted it or not. The Doctor spent a few seconds trying to sit up straight(ish).

Whew, this was harder than it looked!
