Meet N' Greet

Part of the crew might be gone, but life on the ship goes on. In fact, new people have woken up and, eventually, they've been spat out into the mess hall.

Maybe it's better to introduce them to some of the worst aspects of ship life first, right?

Anyway, the word is out that there's new people, and someone should probably go say hello. Before the n00bs mistake the glop for crew.

"I don't know, different?" Wyn says, flailing somewhat for an answer. "It's not a bad thing! ... wait, what's the T. stand for?" she asks, mental train completely flipping tracks.

Kirk shakes his head and decides to ignore the weird comments for the moment.

"Tiberius. My grandpa's name."

"I like it. I can see why you wouldn't want to go by that every single day of your life ever, but... at least your weird name's from your family." Wyn says, propping her chin on one hand. "And the right gender." Not that she would know about this. Not at all.

"Well, it was nearly my first name, but thankfully my dad decided differently," he says with a bit of a chuckle.

Wyn winces, breathing in sharply. "Ouch. There aren't even nicknames you can get out of that... are there? I certainly can't think of any."
