Meet N' Greet
Part of the crew might be gone, but life on the ship goes on. In fact, new people have woken up and, eventually, they've been spat out into the mess hall.
Maybe it's better to introduce them to some of the worst aspects of ship life first, right?
Anyway, the word is out that there's new people, and someone should probably go say hello. Before the n00bs mistake the glop for crew.
[ooc: read before tagging, plz]

The young, blue-haired man was reasonably skittish, he was drugged and tribeless in unfamiliar territory, and he still didn't understand what was going on. His stomach churned and his heart ached and the pulsing of the suit against his skin didn't help matters any. He tugged on the front of it weakly, it made him feel like he was slowly being devoured.

Except at one of the far tables, a man with blue hair...not a style she'd ever seen, but still it was blue. There was a slight possibility he was of her people. Still not entirely used to the gravity, Lafiel paused a comfortable distance from him, tried her best to look friendly and approachable and greeted him in Abh. "Cluge sa?"*
[Hello/how are you, literally "Are you relaxing?"]

"I dunno what you jus' said, but can dere stop bein' t'ree a you now?" He shut his eyes tight for a moment, then blinked up at her again, looking for all the world like a lost puppy.

She crossed over to him, unselfconsciously putting a pale hand to his forehead to check for fever.

"Ey... What you doin' dere -aah!" And then Cielo gave a little flail and tried to grab at the chair thing before he leaned himself too far and toppled out of it.

Sigh. This was too much. She set him down on the floor and looked up and around. "Is there a medic on board?" She called. Not that any self respecting vessel wouldn't have one, especially one at least cruiser size, but you never knew on this disgusting prison-ship.

"I'll be fine, ya? Just need... t'sit." He also didn't now what a medic was, and he wasn't sure he wanted to find out. It didn't sound bad, but he didn't think he could even shift to Dyaus this way.

Yet they still won the war.
The closest thing to 'medical' for him were the med-kit treatments obtained through the Karma Temple's mechanized Vendor's. The only time he can ever remember not taking care of something that way was when they were stuck out on the field and low on supplies. Argilla took a large piece of shrapnel to the face and Gale had to stitch it back together with whatever they had laying around.
It's funny how nearly any situation could get him thinking about his comrades.
"M'not hurt." He said, reaching out to grab at the chair again. 'Medical' still only translated to 'injured' for him. "Got ssssssstuck wit sometin dat made me all woozy. Dat's all. It'll... go 'way soon, ya?

She folded her arms and looked at him as her own father had looked at her when she shirked her lessons. "By my estimate it will be at least eight hours before whatever it is filters out of your system. What happened?"
no subject
"Fell outta dat pod ting, ya? 'N when I go try t'get de rest of me comrades out... dese vine tings come outta de walls... tro me around... den bite me!" His speech was slow and he ended up slouching back into the chair, one hand moving to press against the front of his right thigh. 'Made me all tired."
no subject
"I'm guessing this is something the ship did, it's a little happy in offering chill-out drugs, but we might want to get him to the med-bay anyway." Her tone is trim and efficient, though the faintly Indian accent is more prominent than usual.
no subject
"Thank the stars, there is a med bay? This aho was acting like he'd never heard of one." She said to her, then to him: "We're taking you there." Her tone of voic brooked no argument.
no subject
"Don't wanna go nowhere... need t'get back t'de pods. Gotta get me comrades outta dere!"

"Eh? Eh? What?" They're still trying to take him somewhere, aren't they. "Said I would be fine, ya?" He was pouting, oh boy was he pouting.

Cielo may have a challenge cut out for him if he wants to go anywhere else, between Meluly and Lafiel.
