Booth is a little nonplussed. He's never really liked the rich and high and mighty much. But at least this guy isn't like a lot of them. Booth doesn't pick up the usual air of "I'm better than you are" and he likes that. He wishes the rich people he ran into during work weren't always so superior and haughty.
