Alessa had been minding her business for the most part, but she's been noticing a definite change in the air around the city. It would still be a few hours before she was fully infected, but not being able to see the virus didn't mean she couldn't sense that there was something happening. It would just so happen that, upon walking around the city, she would spot an altercation between two people.
One she knew on general principal: you didn't become a demon and not know who was who, and in this case it was one of the tools of the ship, one of the security staff. The other person she knew from having a conversation before, and knew in her own way he was not at all mild mannered as he appeared. This little brawl would verify that: the golden glow in his eyes and the change in his voice was hard to miss. Whats he also realized, from their previous encounter was that Ba'al was choosing a subterfuge, one he was certainly blowing by pursuing these actions now. There was little Alessa could do about making Ronon forget this, but she could attempt to prevent a bigger fiasco.
She retained her human form but choose the younger girl form now, if only to avoid more problems than needed.
"Ba'al," she said, sounding as young as possible, and slightly hurt, "what are you doing? This man is trying to help you, and you're fighting him! People are acting really strange in the city, I'm scared! Will you come with me to the obs deck?"
She turned to Ronon. "He's kinda grumpy sometimes, and he does this thing with his eyes and stuff. Why are you guys fighting?"
Ugh, this guise with this childlike innocence. But she had learned well from Sharon, after all. SHE had still retained her innocence.
