Good thing he's not just a 'normal human' (or, in his mind, a pretty boy, how dare she), so it only takes him about a second or two to react to her sprinting ahead of him and to snap into a run after her. The equivalent of a Natural needing to really work to keep up would be about a medium pace on Coordinator levels, so he catches yo fairly quickly.
