Well, if Terry doesn't want to give an answer one way or another right now, that's fine by Jamie. He's more interested in the jet at the moment, anyway.

"Ah, so it is a flying beastie!" Jamie says, sounding pleased. "Jets are the verra fast ones, aye?" They're all very fast to him, really, because he doesn't have enough experience with them to judge relative speeds. However... "The Doctor tried to explain the difference between the jets and the other flying beasties to me once," he adds with a shake of his head. "I wasn't really sure I understood him, though."

Jamie studies the jet for a moment, trying to see if he can figure out why it would be called the Batmobile. "Well. If ye squint, it does look a wee bit like a bat, I suppose." He shrugs. "Maybe he just liked the name."
