The Chief's in the mess hall, sitting by himself and working his way through a ration of tasteless nutrient mush while working on something on his omnicomm. The Chief's never been one to really take refuge in the sensoriums to make food taste better, he's gotten used to it and doesn't even think about it much.

He's not unaware of what's going on around him, but he has most of the comings and goings of the room basically tuned out.

This means someone should bother him, y/n?

"Sure." The Chief sets the omnicomm aside, eyeing Kang.

He has his attention.

"You offered gun training; I'd like to take you up on it. That whole Nightmare King situation made me realize how badly I needed to learn how to use one," Kang shrugged, picking at his food.

"Alright." He nods.

"When do you have time for that?" he asks. He knows there's some work going on with older weapons in the sensoriums soon and it can't be then.

[governorkang]

"Pretty much any time at the moment," Kang said. "Ronon and I haven't gotten the details for what we want to do figured out quite yet. We'll be sure to let you know when we do, though."

"Alright, I'll be advised," the Chief replies. "I've still got some work to do and I have a meeting later, though I'll free around noon tomorrow for sure."

He has some organizing to do, and then there's the meeting Seer called. He's not sure if he'll finish by then, especially because the need for another project's become apparent.

Kang nodded, "Alright. In the Sensoriums?"

"Yes," he confirms, nodding once.
