"I know," Katara said."The crew has their ways of trying to strengthen their unity. They have social gatherings, parties, some of them even train together. I know that there are several pilots on the ship, so many of them have started under simulations and exercises together. It's helped to unite them pretty well. I've actually joined several teams in order to get to know some of the people on the ship better, get an idea of the kind of things they've seen. There are many different kinds of worlds, and many of their circumstances have made them understand its better in a situation like this to make allies rather than try and separate themselves."

Katara was no stranger in making an attempt to get people together. It was having it stay that way that was the real challenge.
