"Good," she answered. "Just need to find my blaster. Have to admit a morpher would be nice, but I could honestly do without the spandex." Not that she'd even be able to use the morpher anyway.

Of course, there was the chance that Dillon's watch and their keys might be around. If, by some miracle, Dillon was here and emerged from the pods after her, should she take them or wait for him first? Should she even take them at all, given they'd been happy to leave the watch with Dr. K in the first place?

But that way lay unpleasant thoughts. Much as Tenaya was trying to be human again, this wasn't the time to try. She pushed the thoughts aside.
