Who did this guy think he was, some kind of white night. Haley was tempted to shrug away his help, but she her limbs felt unsteady, and the slime was slippery, and so she let him pull her up. She yanked her hand out of his when she was standing though. She was way too upset right now to be polite. "I'm fine," she snapped, "just covered in glop and I'd really like to go home now."

She squinted suspiciously at the guy, trying her hardest not to let her gaze dip lower. She wasn't a perv or anything, okay, it was just an instinctive reaction. Was he really completely naked? Yep, oh god he was. Her eyes darted back up to his face, determined to stay glued there this time. "What kind of name for a place is 'Solace'?" Haley demanded. "Wait ..." Her gaze narrowed further. "You're not one of the actors or something, are you? Here to try to convince me that this-" she waved a hand to indicate the cavern they were in, "is all real? You should'a told them to come up with a better line buddy, cause this whole 'worlds destroyed' or whatever is the makings of a bad sci fi flick. How the hell would you expect me in a million years to buy that?"
