Normally Jamie would scramble up after him and cut him off - but he can't at the moment. So when Billy makes his way up the hill, he pulls the rifle out and makes sure it's loaded, so he can cover his friend.
It's a good thing he's done that, as he finds when the clown charges. There's a few moments when he can safely fire and not hit Billy, and he's relieved when the evil thing falls. He reloads the rifle - in case there are more corrupted children's entertainers amidst the rubble.
He's not thinking of it as being a crew member, though, and he shakes his head. "Och, who has clowns as a nightmare?" Jamie thinks that's rather daft, to be honest.
Or at least he does right up until the point the clown gets back up. Zombies as nightmares he does understand all too well. "Look out, Billy!" he calls, even as he brings the rifle to bear, aiming for the head.
