Blin just smiled as she drifted off and he squeezed her fingers. "I'll explain later." All in all, it was amazing that he'd managed to hold together so well. It wasn't every day that someone nearly exploded with potential like that. People either did or didn't get near it happening. Being able to hold yourself off, well that was a new one.

He reflected on how he would have to adjust the training in the future, if continue it at all, while the last vestiges of his adrenaline rush wore off. Maybe this was a sign that he really shouldn't return to teaching. But, the seer had said he needed to do it, and Kala seemed to genuinely want his help... the pro's and con's were weighting heavily in his head as he finally drifted off next to her. He'd figure it out later. For now, this was good enough.
