Wyn does, technically, have things to return to Roxie; the marbles and can of snakes, lent to Wyn during the preparations for the battle, never ended up being necessary. The runes on the walls are somewhat familiar, although the glyphs are not-- and Wyn is fairly sure that the systems she knows don't function the way they're written out here.
