"Are you positive?" There was an idea forming in Static's head, but it wasn't a pretty one. It was deceitful, cowardly, and manipulative. But, it was the only one had at the moment. "In the fight against HAL, what if you hadn't been able to make the shot? What if something else was blocking you, or holding you, so you couldn't do it?
