Jaime says nothing. When he said Chief's in charge now, he meant it. He doesn't trust himself to lead anymore.

And while he wanted to use Luthor's knowledge and--more than that, his tactical skill--something that couldn't be removed from him by even the best telepathy--that only worked if Luthor didn't know he was being played, that they were poised to stop listening to him the moment they were at risk.
