Kazuya had never seen a Klingon, but had enough experience with experimental weaponry to recognize a high-powered beam rifle when he saw one. While Worf was distracted with Dean, Kazuya decided it was time to not only ingratiate himself to some of the other survivors, but test this alien being's physical abilities.

He allowed himself two large steps before leaping into the air, aiming a powerful kick at Worf's wrists, intending to knock the weapon out of his hands.
