Alessa, on the other hand, was done actually feeling triumphant about \attacking the zombies. They were little more than pesky vermin to her, and was more than annoyed by the fact that she couldn't dispense of them in her way. The heroes and their annoying code prevented her from actually being left alone, and they were stupid enough to actually believe she was a little girl.
To be a slave to only what your eyes told you was a fairly sad state of existence indeed. Alessa was more than happy to not be a human right now.
Unfortunately, help was coming, and Alessa had an idea that she might be mistaken for a zombie given both her blood splattered appearance and her face. It wasn't as if she could look like Alessa NOW though, considering her powers would not be accessible to her in her human form.
Besides, coming at her with a gun would simply be a waste of bullets. Hopefully those humans would figure that out.
