There really was no limit to how freaky this place could get. Owen had found his way to the city, and was just marveling at the sheer scale of it. He'd seen some impressive underground lairs and the like in his time with the Rogues and the Outsiders, but this was on a whole other level. He'd gotten to used to the steady circulation of faces. Some familiar from fiction, some from his 'verse, some from just ones similar to it.

But now... he was stopped dead in his tracks, head practically spinning as he thought he saw someone. "Kay?" He followed the blonde mass, making a wide circle around to catch the face.

"KARA!" There is an excited redhead running straight at Kara, with hugging intent.
