Liberté, égalité, fraternité (and a hard-boiled egg)
With the Council having laid down the groundwork with the Daligig to gain their trust in the uprising, the crew prepared to put on a show, and the Daligig at their wit's end and impatient with the crew of the Transmigation 9, it was time to act.
The plans were clear. Allenby would be leading some of the crew in what looked like a hotheaded attempt the attack the Daligig and Kessek and oust them off the ship. Those that wanted to stay out of the fighting and take a neutral position of some kind were to make sure they stayed safe or acted their parts as the horrified crew-members that wanted everyone to make peace. And of course, anyone else was going to play a roll in pretending to side with the Council and the Daligig to put their fellow crew members down (without hurting them) making it look like it wasn't a clear-cut issue, so the Council could get the command codes necessary to start the crew's true takeover of the ship.
More observant members of the crew had noticed where the Daligig, Ghyll, and Kessek had been entering and leaving the restricted areas of the ship. The attack was to start at one of those entrances, as the fake rebels tried to storm in and take on the Daligig forces. After that, as the Kessek were drawn into the ship itself to put down the rebellion, it was going to be a free-for-all, a faux civil war of sorts, as flashy and convincing as they could make it without anyone actually dying.
Lights! Cameras! Action, people! It was time to put on a show and hope it was convincing enough for the Daligig to give the crew what they needed to truly be free.

Ranger Vs. Ranger: Fight!
Said Jacobite and the member of his team who agreed with him had collected a little help - friends and allies who believed in his cause. And now he was facing off against his other friends...which didn't stop him from still trying to sway them to his side, even though he was dodging blows and retaliating in kind.
"Do ye not see what they'll do? They'll use us as pawns and throw us away when they're done with us! We'll be sent off to die! How can ye live with knowing that??"

"We're highly unlikely to survive if we break off here!" Normally, it would be difficult for Billy to lie through his teeth. This lie was enhanced with just a tinge of his own fear as he came back, swinging with his lance to toss his opponents aside.
It's a well-laid plan, but these tend to have the most disastrous endings. Please don't let it happen this time.

Jono knew the plan. That was why he was here. Anybody else, he'd have to pull his punches too much to be believable. And while the Rangers still wouldn't be able to handle his full power, he could use his powers somewhat.
They don' give a crap 'bout us. We need t' show 'em that we ain't jus' gonna roll over fer 'em!

Shoutarou tumbled from Billy's lance blow, sparks of energy bleeding off as he did, but he was quick to get back on his feet.

"You saw what happened! A whole crew slaughtered. I care about you too much to let that happen!"
He still worried about that, but...they were stronger now. They would prove it.

It took him a moment to catch his breath, as the wind had been knocked out of him But then he recovered, diving out of the way of some incoming fire, and dropped, rolling to recover his staff and spring back to his feet.
"If ye cared so much, you'd fight with us, not with them. All you're doing is giving them what they'll need to send us off to a place where we'll be slaughtered just the same!"

"You'll understand."
